For the price there’s better hotels in the area. The hotel is dated, older, shows the wear and tear, tiny rooms. They’ll charge you to check in even a few minutes before check in time if you want your room early even when your room is ready. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. Definitely not worth the price per night. Location is good.

We stayed at Gracery in Shinjuku so had the same expectations which were delivered. Very clean but small room, great location just a block or two from the madness of Dotonbori. Fantastic staff.

Make the right choice with Gracery

Location of hotel is-so convenient to Dotonbori n train stations. Walk across the road to convenience store. Japanese buffet breakfast was amazing n they even provide face mask n bath salt. I read date wrongly n missed Sakura competition for chopstick set. We stayed for 4 nights but wasn’t ask to join Gracery Club as our next hotel in Tokyo is also part of Gracery group. Checkout is easy-machine. When we are next back in Japan we will consider Gracery

Better price and room size options than Gracery in Tokyo. We had a very large bed and room compared to the four hotels we stayed in. Best staff servic we had during our long trip, three city four hotels stay. Loved the staff at hotel Gracery Osaka. Great service!

Good hotel, big bed.

It was a good stay. The room had a decent amount of space for 2 people with a bed that actually fits 2 adults and a good sized bathroom. Friendly staff, easy to check in and out, and luggage keeping service.

Great location and super nice rooms.

Great hotel walking distance to namba station, dotombori street, kuromon market etc. In the middle of the action. The hotel also had a Luup station in the garage for electric scooters - very practical. Great bathroom, compact room - enjoyable breakfast! Good supply of ameneties, payamas etc. Would highly recommend and stay again!
