The staff and room were superb, the staff were extremely kind. We stayed for both arriving flights after a late night arrival and before an early morning departure four or five days later. Totally worth it to recover from a long flight before picking up a rental car the next day and not have to arrive and return the rental on an early morning.

Brilliant/enormous family room - stayed here as we had an early flight from KIX the next morning. Enormous room, 24/7 convenience store on the 2nd floor, staff very professional and polite. Highly recommend it for late or early flights as it is a short walk to terminal 1 (shuttle bus for terminal 2)

The sound insulation is not good enough that I heard the next room banging the wall sometimes. Also there is no smoking room in the hotel that caused inconveniences. The only good reason to stay is they allow the trolley goes in front of the room and good for traveler with many luggages.
