If you lose a room key you will be charged 70 dollars or 10,000 Yen. Which is an absolute scam. Only two room keys are issued in the beginning of the stay but if you lose a room key you have to be escorted to your room. I understand the security purpose but 70 dollars/10,000 yen for a piece of plastic is an outright scam. I highly advise anyone who is staying here to dive deeper into any hidden fees that may occur.

Great place

The room was really nice, modern and comfortable. It was on the smaller side but not at all too small. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel, but walked to the shops and restaurants near the train/metro station. Breakfast room smelled good though! The service was really great! They securely stored our bags until check in time, and then even brought them up to our room so they were waiting there for us when we checked in. Fresh towels were privded every day, and they also provided all the amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc, and even pyjamas. Bathroom was very nice, clean and had a small but deep bath tub. Smoking area is just downstairs. Really great place!

Not near dotonbori.. very far away from the happening street.. may not be safe to walk back alone.. will not stay again.. imagine after a tired day touring .. got to q for food .. big bag of shopping items .. and walk a long distance back to hotel

Nice, quiet and convenient

A good clean compact hotel. Its in the quiet side of namba and about 7 to 10 mins walk to the namba/nankai terminal, namba parks. I like the place because its clean and quiet yet near places of action. Good walking exercise as well
