ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment building was built in 1995 and has been updated inside the unit.

Fully furnished upper level 2 BR apartment in a quiet 5-plex. Large yard and off street parking. New furnishings and 3 Smart Tv's. Free Wifi.

The inside of the apartment features a full kitchen with a stove/oven, full size refrigerator,microwave and coffee bar. There is a kitchen table that seats 4 and can also be used as a workspace.

The bathroom features a tub shower combination with shower curtain. Toilet paper, towels, soap and shampoo.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds with new and comfortable 12-Inch Hybrid Design Memory Foam and Pocket Springs Mattresses. Quality sheets, blankets and pillows to help ensure a good nights sleep. Dressers and closets are in both bedrooms for clothes storage.

The unit is equipped with a window unit air conditioner. The heat is electric. The apartment is all electric.

There are stairs to this unit as well as a outside entrance on the upper level deck. If you do not care for stairs or upper units, our property may not be the right fit for you.

Because we are on the upper level, we also may not be the best fit for small children or young children that do not understand the dangers of running or playing on stairs or railings. While this unit is only two levels up by stairs, there is a walkout basement as well that makes the upper level 3 stories high on some parts of the deck. We love children and love to welcome them, but we want everyone to be aware of the special considerations that this upper level unit presents.

Parking is available in the back gravel parking area. There is one designated parking space next to the stairs for this unit.

There is a large grassy back yard area. This is a quiet neighborhood. You are welcome to grill in the backyard area. There is also a picnic table for you to enjoy.
