The property was clean and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good, albeit with limited choices. Staff was very friendly. My only comment is that the price seemed steep for a small hotel in an industrial area. But perhpaps that is just the market around Toronto.

For the price we paid, I expected the room to be larger and, most importantly, clean. Unfortunately, it was neither. The room was small, and to my surprise, I found a used, wet towel left in the bathroom. The cleanliness overall was subpar, especially around the bed area, which had visible dirt. To make matters worse, the smoke detector kept going off repeatedly. It was late, and I had already unpacked, so I chose to stay despite the issues. Thankfully, the front desk staff responded quickly, removed the towel, and offered an apology — which I appreciated. Also, there was a foul smell by one of the entrances that I used. However, my experience didn’t improve. When I went to collect my deposit the next day, there was no one at the front desk. I waited over 15 minutes but had to leave to catch my flight. That was the final frustration in an already disappointing stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I’ll be advising my friends and family to stay elsewhere.

The property was not well maintained. The water was not going down the sink. The tub is dirty. The hallway smells bad. Overall the hotel was not well maintained. I don’t recommend staying here.

Very nice clean, staff was helpful and nice. Our room was nicely spacious which I'd ask for it when we stay again lol (if available). Breakfast was good, hot, stocked but had peameal bacon not real bacon little disappointed but i ate it, hubby no. The foye should have more decor, looks empty. We would stay again

No cold water!

Things were clean and the bed comfortable. The frustration was NOT having cold water! I couldn't drink nor rinse my mouth. Only warm or hot water came out of the tap. Also, place only accesible by stairs. Unfortunately someone grabbed up our luggage cart!

The place gives me cheap motel. Hotel is outdated and full of water damage/mold. Our room wasn’t clean, overnight of our two nights stay. Slow tub drain. Wife used cup to wash her feet after shower. Sink faucet runs hot water only. Hall odor of sweat and dirt. Breakfast was sparse. Room was too small for the amount of guests getting food. I got the last bagel. The containers were empty by 930am. Bed is lumpy with clean sheets WiFi worked Parking available with one handicap parking. Lawn care left my car covered with dust and debris. Front desk staff are not customer friendly. Spent too much for two nights. Did not leave as other family members stayed here for a wedding in Ajax. Sad.
