The 67 m² Non smoking apartment with excellent room layout and high quality equipment offers you all the possibilities for a relaxing holiday for max. 2 to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. In the bright living / dining room you can in the comfortable seating with sofa + 2 armchairs, coffee table relax with floor lamp, a flat-screen TV, Blu Ray player and stereo system provide entertainment. An internet connection (Wi-Fi) is also included for you. A dining table for 4 persons is located in front of the equipped with all comforts kitchenette. Here are a dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and many small kitchen helpers naturally present. From the living area you reach the chairs with beach chair (in season) and covered terrace (south / east) overlooking the spa park. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds (1.80 mx 2.00 m, continuous toppers), bedside tables and ample closet space for your holiday wardrobe. The apartment is located in the first row on the Baltic beach Baabe in 2016, built in the classic style bathrooms beach Villa Andrea. The comfortable 3-room apartment "MeerZeit" on the ground floor of the attractive Villa Andrea has a beautiful sun terrace (south / east) and a private plot. The view goes over the spa park to the white sandy beach 50 meters away. The entire grounds of the villa Andrea is fenced.
