The bright, friendly 3-room duplex apartment (non-smoking) runs over 2 floors (with sloping ceilings). The apartment is on the second Floor and has a spacious living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom, with a comfortable staircase attainable, open floor space (. 2 Bedroom), bathroom and a storage room. With its approx. 60 m�� it offers space for 2 to max. 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in children's travel bed. The technical equipment in the living room leaves nothing to be desired: with flat-screen TV, DVD / CD / video player and a free Wi-Fi / LAN connection you have all modern information media on board. A cozy sofa area with coffee table and reading lamp completes the living room. The south-east oriented, generous balcony with about 10 m² and offers views of the old trees of the garden and is the ideal place for a sunny breakfast. Here you can disturb more than the chirping of birds. The cabin layout balcony can be reached from the living area. The lower bedroom has a double bed with 2 single cold foam mattresses (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), dessert trays and a wardrobe. One can also find space to set up around the cot. In the open roof bedroom you will find 2 single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with cold foam mattresses and a chest of drawers. The beds in both bedrooms are made of solid wood. The bedrooms have blackout curtains. The solidly furnished kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster. Thus the preparation of culinary delights is no obstacle. The dining table with 4 chairs adjoins the living area. The tiled and equipped with underfloor heating bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washing area, hair dryer and a washing machine (coin machine: 30 min á 0.50 €). The heater is designed as a towel rail. In the storage room you can store your luggage.
