Casa Itria is a 4-bed vacation home in the countryside of Ostuni. The house is part of a villa and shares a pool, solarium and parking space with another adjacent apartment.

Casa Itria is a brand new, simple and cozy vacation solution in Valle d`Itria, in the countryside just outside the beautiful town of Ostuni.
The house is located in a semi-detached villa, with a shared pool available to guests. The pool consists of two pools, one of which is lower and particularly suitable for children.
In addition to sunbeds for sunbathing, in the large pool area there is a shaded gazebo furnished with table and chairs where guests can dine al fresco with friends.
The interior consists of living room with dining room, mini open kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom with large shower.

Casa Itria stands in a villa with swimming pool in the countryside of Ostuni, in contrada Fumarola, a residential area just 5 km from the center of the "White City," the historic center and all the main services.
The location is perfect to explore the Valle d`Itria, with all its wonderful villages and unspoiled nature, but also to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast, along the Marina di Ostuni.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Shared Pool available all year long.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Garden shared with another property and with the owner's apartment.
