Appartement bien situé

Le logement se trouve dans un quartier calme Ă  10 minutes Ă  pieds du centre ville d'Otranto. Il contient le minimum nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner.Le linge de lit, de toilette et les torchons sont fournis, trĂšs pratique quand on vient en avion. Il y a une table en plastique et 2 chaises devant la porte d'entrĂ©e mais ce n'est pas un balcon, car c'est trĂšs petit, triste et situĂ© au nord. Il y a aussi un petit balcon donnant sur la chambre avec un banc orientĂ© vers la chambre, une machine Ă  laver et un escalier en colimaçon donnant sur un toit terrasse. On a Ă©tĂ© déçu de ne pas trouver une table, des chaises et des transats, on aurait aimĂ© boire un verre au coucher du soleil. C'est peut-ĂȘtre encore trop tĂŽt pour la saison car les autres terrasses Ă©taient vides. Dans les environs, de trĂšs belles plages, des villes magnifiques (Otranto, Lecce, Gallipoli, leuca...)

Perfect location in beautiful area

We spent over five weeks at this comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. The apartment itself offered everything we needed for a long stay. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space - morning coffee on the terrazza off the bedroom and late afternoon aperitivo on the roof top deck with a view of the square below and the ocean in the distance. The kitchen was very functional, the living room ideal for relaxing and the bedroom had lots of space for storage. The neighbours are also extremely friendly and helpful. They immediately made us feel right at home.One of the best features of the apartment is its location. There are three full grocery stores, a couple of home goods stores and a bakery within a few blocks. The immediate area was quiet and relaxed. It was about six minutes to walk to the public beach (already warm enough for swimming when we arrived in late April) and just a few minutes further to the beautiful old town of Otranto. There is an endless selection of restaurants and bars in those areas.The countryside surrounding Otranto offered us endless options for outings. We explored the nearby towns by bike and traveled the hiking paths along the coast. Maria's apartment provided us the perfect base for our Puglia adventure.

A great base for a long stay in Otranto

We stayed almost 3 months in this apartment using it as a base to explore other parts of Italy. We always felt like we were coming "home" when we arrived back in Otranto. The apartment is very convenient to the train station and bus stop and within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. I don't think it fits into the "luxury" category as promoted; it needs insect screens on the doors and windows and the mattress and pillows need upgrading, but Maria was very prompt to fix any problems that we had during our stay.

Brilliant location

Excellent stay! We stayed for a month and were working from there. Maria organized two working stations and the wifi was working fast. The location was great, next to the quiet railways station, with only couple of trains per day. Short walk to grocery stores and to the town. Lots of Excellent hiking trails nearby. We can warmly recommend!

Das Apartment entsprach der Anzeige. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles Notwendige ist da und vor allem alles funktioniert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. ParkplĂ€tze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, StrĂ€nde sind in fusslĂ€ufiger Entfernung leicht erreichbar. Sehr zuverlĂ€ssig war die Betreuung durch Maria. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr.

Ottimo appartamento situato vicinissimo a tutto, mare, stazione, supermercati, ristoranti, pizzerie, centro storico ed la casa dell’acqua. Ottimo e consigliato a tutti. Senz’altro ritorneremo in questo splendido posto con un mare incantevole. A 5 minuti in auto da baia dei turchi.

L’appartamento ù ben tenuto , la proprietà e sorridente e gentile. Appartamento al primo piano, raggiungibile con 17 scalini. Tutto perfetto anche se ci sono 2 nei: il materasso a molle fa rumore e l’aria condizionata fischia appena si accende. Il vicino Michele ù una persona squisita.

L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfrot ed Ăš posizionato davvero bene, a pochi passi dal lungomare di Otranto. La sera si puĂČ godere di un vento fresco e non c'Ăš stato assolutamente bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. La Sig.ra Maria Ăš davvero molto gentile e precisa, insomma un esperienza da ripetere.

Comoda e spaziosa

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati una settimana a Otranto in questa casa molto comoda per visitare la cittĂ  a piedi, a 5/10 minuti dal centro storico. Otranto Ăš ideale per girare il Salento oltre ad essere una cittĂ  stupenda. Per una coppia la casa Ăš spaziosa e fresca. Grazie Maria
