It was a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I had pre-arranged for mobility devices in the bathroom for my mum and they were installed when we arrived. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and the food was great!

There was some event running in hall from early morning which was very loud and they didn’t even bother to inform us in advance.
