The room was clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and kind. Only concern was the mattress was VERY soft and not that comfortable. Also, if a guest is interested in watching TV (we weren’t), it was not working. The location is perfect for exploring Byward Market area, government buildings and the canal. Thank you for a nice stay!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently located and my room was lovely. The bathroom is a bit dated (as are the hallways) but the room itself was upgraded, clean, comfortable , I had housecoats and bottled water and breakfast was great. I left behind my phone charger and it was waiting for me at the front desk in a bag with my room number. I could not ask for better service. I will 100% stay here again. Thank you for being a hidden gem in Ottawa .

Very central location with underground parking (charged). Nice balcony on the room which was comfortable and clean. Safe in the room and a nicely equipped kitchenette. Good bathroom. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and a hot option. Super staff on front of house. Would highly recommend for 2/3 nights in Quebec.

Excellent little hotel in Ottawa!

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Byward Market in Ottawa. There a ton of food and drink options nearby and the hotels breakfast was great with really good food and attentive staff. Easily one of my fave hotels in Canada (this being my second time staying there and we will come back for sure).
