My king room was large, well set up for work, and spotless. The bathroom renovation is very nice. The lobby is welcoming, and the restaurant bar area very inviting. Breakfast was a solid top notch buffet of hot and cold items with plenty of selection. The staff was unusually pleasant and helpful. I will happily you choose this hotel over others when I am in the area, traveling on business or pleasure.

Room wasn’t very clean, bed was not comfy one side was more caved in then the other side, pillows were not comfy, too bright to sleep, i checked in and when I went to my room my key didn’t work had to go back down to the lobby. Turns out, I was never given back my id at check in. so when my key didn’t work that’s how i found out i was never given my id back. They finally gave it back to me after i was panicking trying to search my purse because they asked for my id when i told them my key wasn’t working. They asked for my id for the 6th time checking in. They told me you will have to pay for parking if your not member and if i was a member i will not have to pay parking using the app. They signed me up as a member but my app wasn’t working. Couldn’t sign it and even clicked forget password and the app told me to contact the desk. At this point i was fed up with the experience that i didn’t bother with the app. Bathroom was way too small the door was hitting the toilet. They ac/heat was way too loud. Didn’t sleep at all!!

The condition of the room was poor. The table had a broken leg, the ironing table was broken, the coffee machine spilled water all around, one of the lights wasn't working, and the front desk staff was kinda rude. I was on a business trip and was in the room for about 11 hours in the night, so didn't care as much. But I cannot imagine staying in such a badly managed hotel ever again. I had better expectations from a Marriott group hotel, but they are degrading pretty badly.

Location was very convenient for business at the Museum of Civilization. Room was clean and comfortable. Mechanical equipment outside was noisy but luckily I brought earplugs. I used the restaurant twice - once for breakfast and once for the bar in the evening. Service and offerings in the restaurant / bar were ok at best. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
