I've stayed at this property a few times now, and always have a pleasant stay. The double queen room was very nice, and a very comfortable space to share for three of us. This is a bit quieter part of down town, so if you're looking to be RIGHT in the action, you'll perhaps leave disappointed. But I love how close you are to amenities while still enjoying a bit of peace. HUGE shoutout to the front desk staff -- they are truly amazing at their jobs!

Conserve staff were very nice and helpful; the restaurant however was pathetic-overpriced and poor portions, and the buffet breakfast was no better than a motel. Condiments, syrup and milk were on short supply, and no fruit offered at all-I expect better for 23 dollars. Will not return

The bed bugs were awesome . When discovered i called front desk. No answer. brough one down to front desk. Clerk immediately changed my room and appologized. Didn't seem surprised though. More on that in a sec. But changing right away was good. Someone from housekeeping called up shortly after and apologized again. Cool. And explained that pest control specialist that just HAPPENED to be on site went up and checked the room and there werent any. I stated , "nice. Cool. Im not moving back." I did not get an upgrade or anything just so you know. This wasnt about keeping a free upgrade. Anyway, she proceded to try to convince me it was a spider. I imformed her i know what a spider looks like. That wasnt one. I suggested she check the front dest trash bin to inspect the critter as she clearly hadn't seen it herself. Have a nice day, thanks. I thought it may have been a tick if not bed bug. They are pet friendly. I took pictures. Sent them to an expert other than Google. Bed bug comfirmed. Bed bugs. Gross. Front desk were accommodating ... to the minimum. Cant complain really. They werent apathetic but they also werent grossed out or surprised. The maintenance person was defiant. But dont then gaslight me about something you know nothing about. THAT is why i am writing this review.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always fiund it to be excellent, but things were definitely slipping. The filmy curtains in our first room were severely ripped, and had a small rip in our second room. We were surprised. But Dyson was very helpful when we checked in. Disappointingly, the restaurant menu had also greatly changed and the only 2 things that were gluten free both contained nuts, which is also a serious allergy for one of us. We've always enjoyed the restaurant but instead had to go out in search of somewhere else to eat on Thanksgiving Sunday without a reservation.
