The staff were great, room was clean and spacious. Good rate, I think because renos are ongoing, but I have stayed in premises being renovated before and have to say the impact on the cleanliness of halls etc was nil and even where workers were working in stairwell - very low impact. Nice bar downstairs. Looks like it is well set up for conventions or workshops

The only issue I was a bit disappointed is the deposit when you check in. It takes few days to get refunded of deposit. They should refund your deposit as soon as you check out like other hotels.
