We had an upgrade to a king suite room, which was a lot larger than what we expected and it was a really great stay. It was also great that breakfast was provided. Would definitely choose this place as well next time!

The hotel is very clean very quiet and the staff were all pleasant and friendly. Our only reason for not giving an excellent rating is because the bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Too small and too hard.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Although the building may be a bit dated, the rooms, however, are spacious and clean. It also appears that this hotel has thought of everything in order to meet the needs of their clients. The variety that they offer for breakfast is also amazing and well thought out. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. And the location of the hotel is just minutes walk to different restaurants and to tourist areas, such as parliament hill and byward market. Overall, my family and I had a good stay at the Business Inn, and we hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful suite very clean very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you could think of. Was there also bags with snacks to take out wonderful if you have children, the staff is very friendly very polite all in all an amazing hotel. I will go back. Walking distance to Parliament, Byward market ,history, museum, and much much more.

Updated furnitures. I hope you can do more stuffs in TV. Not just cable. Prob. like netflix, prime, disney apps. (Maybe i just didnt know how) But overall was good from amenities to staffs. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely come back.
