This place was recommended by a friend. Stayed 2 nights staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were really nice. Plan on making regular trip to Ottawa in the coming months and will be returning when I need a room in town

The biggest asset for this hotel is its staff. Kudos to Peter who took time to call me on the phone while I was attending an event informing me that there was spot for EV charging for my vehicle indoor. For him to be that thoughtful is big deal to a guest like me. I want to rate their breakfast as 10/10. It is not just the usual breakfast. There was a LOT to choose from plus ready lunch boxes for those who need on the go food. I highly recommend the Business Inn.
