Stay at this hotel regularly and always a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location. Rooms are always clean and the free breakfast is always delicious and an added bonus

I stay here ever. Single. Time! The only place I’ll stay when visiting Ottawa and in the best location you could ask for. I would take this place over a big chain hotel ANY day. So clean you can still see the vacuum marks. Always great.

I always enjoy staying here! It has so many thoughtful details in the rooms - computer work station with printer! Iron AND steamer (and it's clean!)! The rooms aren't the newest but in good shape and always kept really clean (personal pickiness) - especially appreciate that the shower curtains snap off and can be washed! The staff are unfailingly helpful.

Great hotel, beds comfortable and rooms spacious. Area is very central to the main sights, 15min walk. My only comment is there are quite a few hopeless people hanging around but caused no trouble. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel also provides a free laundry which is a bonus. Breakfast was decent enough, hot and cold options and plenty of water and juice available with take away bags available.

My second time staying here, staff are very friendly and courteous, the rooms are spacious with all the comforts of home (stove, fridge, microwave, living room with an extra tv. It looks like they are starting to do some upgrades as well. Will stay here again for my next visit.
