We have been at this hotel for the second time, the staffs are incredible. Albert at the front desk was so nice and very professional, checked us in as early as possible. The breakfast as usual was fabulous.

Great service and amenities in a convenient location. A bit outdated and there can be a wait for the elevator at peak times, but those are not deterrents for me personally. I had a great stay and was very pleased with my room and the breakfast.

The Business Inn suites are large and very clean with full kitchen and separate dining area. The included breakfast is excellent. There is a water and snack bag to go, if you are interested. The location is ideal. It is about 15 mins walk to Rideau Centre or Parliament Hill. Elgin Street has lots of restaurants, pubs, etc. The canal is close by and makes for a wonderful walking outing. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Ottawa hidden gem

Amazing hotel, superb breakfast, spacious and very comfy rooms. Impeccable services (kitchen, laundry, pc). Big balcony. Staff very friendly and professional. Centrally located in the heart of the city. You can walk to all major points of interest. I know where to stay in the future in Ottawa.
