Nice hotel, includes breakfast, no major issues. The pool was closed 2 of the 5 days for private events. It was the hoildays so that is probably more common then. Main complain was the mattress. There was a noticeable sag in the mattress that made it somewhat uncomfortable.

The rooms are always very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the shuttle because we had a rental car. As for the bar, we didn't go there because we don't drink. This is our second time staying there and would stay there again. We recommand it to anybody who wants a good place to stay while on holiday.

Good hotel in a place with few options. Relatively close to the airport. Shuttle worked great. Have to pay for WiFi. It price isn’t too bad. Restarting had good food.

In addition to being at a great location with friendly staff, the hotel offers Free paddle boards and bikes… We had a great time. Volcanoes National Park isn’t too far away as well as Rainbow Falls State Park and the incredible birding trail at Kaulana Manu. It was an unbelievable hidden birding song oasis
