Wanted to check in but desk person was out smoking. Got keys walked to room keys didn’t work. Went back to desk she was smoking again. Got new keys opened door and got a blast of heat. It had to be 85 degrees in there. One bed did not look like it was made, looked laid in, breakfast was mediocre

Room was fine. However, I'm willing to wager the mattress on the bed was over a decade old. It was terribly worn/broken in, with sagging on each side so you know it's been there for a very long time. As a result, did not get a good night's rest.

The room in its self was nice but they definitely need to replace their mattresses in room 200 as they are shot. Room was not clean as you could see grease marks all over the cabinets and the walls behind the bed and im not sure what the stain was on the bathroom wall but im guessing it was the same as what your thinking. You could actually see dust on top of everything and around the back of everything as they only did a cursoy swipe. I didn't even want to touch the microwave or open the cabinet where i assume the fridge was. I took several pictures but this site doesnt give you the option to show them. I will say though that the front staff were very nice and helpful, the room was quiet and the continental breakfast was good. Management definitely needs to look at the rooms after housekeeping has supposedly cleaned them as it definitely was not acceptable when someone is paying to stay at their establishment.

Checked in on 10/28 for an overnight business trip. There were paint chips on the floor and bed. No blanket/comforter on the bed. Only thin sheeting. Refrigerator was extremely dirty. Bathroom wasn't clean. Sink had very poor drainage! Water was hot and pressure was good, but that is the only good thing about the room itself. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I won't be visiting this location again. The two staff members I encountered were nice and pleasant.
