Staff was great. Room good. Amenities and convenience good. Everything was great. Except after I checked out and left, i got 3 charges for parking! I was only there 1 night with 1 car parked outside. Called to dispute and was told they cant help and to call back or email the general email. No response back! While you are there its great, once you leave they dont care what happens to you.

The washroom door’s lock was broken. We cannot lock it. Staff should be advised which rooms are to be vacated on a given day(staff knocked in our room on our second day and asked if what time we have to leave. We booked 2 nights. We’re supposed to check out the next day). And most of all we we’re not able to speak to a staff days before our check in to acquire some information during our stay. 1 treadmill in the gym was broken. Staff are friendly and kind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
