Our stay at the Grand Georgian Village Suites was excellent overall! The village was just outside the door, so every included activity, shop/restaurant, sights etc was walkable! Inside the hotel, the heated pool and hot tub in the courtyard was a big hit with our kids. We were also very impressed with the fully stocked kitchen (cutlery, cookware, kettle, stove/fridge/small appliances) It made our stay even more comfortable! While there wasn't laundry on-site at this property, we were able to access the nextdoor property's coin laundry room. The staff was always very helpful! The hotel always felt warm and welcoming, but was also nice and quiet and secure despite being right in the hub of the village! Be prepared for pricey dining and additional activities (coaster, high ropes/climbing)...paying for them was worth it to enhance our enjoyment of our vacation time! The free event "Agora" with a lighted hike at the top of the mountain was a great time! From the gondola ride up to the walk/interactive displays, we loved the added adventure! Great experience and atmosphere!

I checked in at the hotel around 2 PM, at which time I was informed that my rooms were still being cleaned but would be ready before 4 PM. I had booked two rooms, yet I only received the first room at 4:05 PM and the second one was made available only around 5 PM—well past the standard check-in time. Furthermore, the room was not properly cleaned, and the essential supplies were not restocked. Items such as trash cans and liners, paper towels, coffee, and condiments were all missing. After contacting the front desk, I was told that the busy season was the reason for the poor preparation of the rooms. While some supplies were eventually brought to our room, this was only after multiple follow-ups on my part. This entire experience fell short of the service quality and standards I reasonably expected when booking the stay. The delayed check-in, incomplete housekeeping, and lack of readiness significantly reduced our overall experience. Given these circumstances, I believe it is fair to request a refund or adjustment for the inconvenience, delays, and reduced customer experience we encountered.

Pleasant stay. Was lineup for check. We got our room little after 4 pm as room service was running behind but we went around the village after checking in and waited for the text to receive overall good experience. Very convenient location. We were at Weider lodge.
