AC didn’t work, general cleanliness was low. In the morning we noticed a large brown stain on the bedding which is normally tucked. Disgusting.

I am very sorry to hear of these issues. Did you ask the Front desk about your a/c....it is possible the breaker was just blown and we could have fixed it. As for the bedding....unacceptable and I will speak to housekeeping about this. thank you for letting us know, and again, my apologizes.

There was nobody at the check in desk upon arrival so I had to wait quite a long time for somebody to show up. The lock on our patio door was broken which concerned me as we were on the ground floor. The yogourt for breakfast was expired, the bread was stale and the waffle maker never indicated when the waffles were done. Also there was no peanut butter or maple syrup and juice was partially frozen. Otherwise, the stay was OK.

I am very sorry to hear this about your stay. I will speak to the Front desk staff about your wait. As for the breakfast.....I am horrified about the yogurt issue and have made sure we have NO expired product as well as informed staff to be more vigilant on checking. We unfortunately do not carry peanut butter, but there is syrup (maybe someone had it on their table?) and the juice....I will turn down the fridge a tad to avoid that issue. Again, my apologies and we do hope to see you again! safe travels
