lake offering 2 **complimentary kayaks** , making it easy to explore the water

at your leisure. Beautiful Lawrence Lake is a no-wake lake and is just a

short walk to launch the kayaks or use the public access to launch your boat.

Bring your fishing gear! There are a multitude of different type of fish that

you can stand off the private reserve area or fish on your boat. ** HUNTING

**is not allowed on the property, however there are hundreds of public hunting

within minutes of the property and lake.



Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with large

windows showcasing the beautiful surrounding wilderness views and wildlife..

The **fully equipped kitchen** is perfect for preparing meals, while the cozy

bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep. With an open loft, you can relax,

play video games or have a great night sleep on the two pull-out sofas. All

rooms are equipped with smart tv's for your entertainment. A **washer and

dryer** add extra convenience for longer stays.



Outside, unwind in the **hammock** , soak up the views from the deck, or

gather around the **fire pit** for s'mores under the stars. Whether you're

paddling on the lake, hiking nearby trails, having a few drinks at the local

Tall Pines Resort Tavern(located on the opposite side of the lake), or simply

relaxing in nature, this lakeside escape has everything you need for a

memorable stay!



*One Dog Only will be allowed. A $50 per day fee will be added for any dog accompanying guests on their visit. Please notify us before hand if you are bringing your pooch.

House Rules Example

• The maximum number of overnight guests is 6 people.

• Daytime visitors are limited to 6 people.

• Large gatherings or parties are not permitted.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

• Any violation of the house rules, including exceeding the maximum occupancy,

will incur a fine of $2,000.

• Consequences may include a formal warning, suspension of the guest's

account, or immediate eviction.
