Oxford City Centre offers a wide range of dining and drinking options to suit every taste. The Westgate complex features rooftop restaurants and bars with breathtaking views over the city, including Victors (perfect for cocktails), Sticks N Sushi, The Alchemist, Six By Nico, and The Breakfast Club.

For other top recommendations in the city centre, try Old Parsonage for a cozy and historic atmosphere, The Folly for riverside fine dining, or Pierre Victoire, a charming French bistro with a romantic, candle-lit setting.

Westgate shopping centre is just a stone's throw from the apartment where you will find a Sainsbury's supermarket. Other essentials including ATMs, Post Office and a Boots Pharmacy can also be found in the city centre.

OXFORD CITY CENTRE ATTRACTIONS
Christ Church College and Cathedral: Founded by Henry VIII and featured in a number of films and TV shows, including the Harry Potter franchise. Stunning, must-see Romanesque and Gothic architecture.


Radcliffe Camera/Bodleian Old Library: One of Oxford’s most iconic landmarks, home to one of Europe’s oldest libraries. Make sure to book a tour in advance to have a look inside the Baroque dome.

The Ashmolean Museum: The world's first university museum, founded in 1683. Free collections range from Egyptian mummies to contemporary art. Terrific views of the picturesque Oxford spires from the Rooftop Restaurant.

Pitt Rivers Museum: Displaying half a million objects from the archaeological and anthropological collections of the University, part of the Natural History Museum.

Westgate: New complex consisting of 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and leisure space including rooftop dining terrace with views across Oxford's iconic skyline. Also includes a five-screen Curzon cinema, escape room, Junk Yard Golf, Flight Club (darts) and Sixes (cricket).

Oxford Castle & Prison: Medieval castle that became a prison. The surviving rectangular St George's Tower is now believed to pre-date the remainder of the castle and be a watch tower where you can enjoy 360 degree views of the city's dreaming spires.

Oxford Botanic Garden: Founded in 1621 as a physic garden growing plants for medicinal research, it’s the oldest garden of its kind in Great Britain and home to 5,000-plus plant species as well as a lovely riverside cafe, where you can watch the punts go by.

Punting: This classic Oxford experience down the River Cherwell or Isis (the local name for the Thames) should not be missed! Hire a boat—chauffeured, if you prefer!–at the Magdalen Bridge Boathouse.

Oxford River Walks: The River Thames and its tributary, the River Cherwell, offer several scenic walking routes in Oxford. Popular options include the Thames Path and routes along the River Cherwell through Christ Church Meadow and University Parks. The Oxford Canal also provides a tranquil walking experience.

Music & Events: Oxford is rich in cultural attractions of every conceivable kind, from glorious Evensong at Magdalen College to world-class theatrical productions at New Theatre and Oxford Playhouse. You can check out big-name musicians, comedians, and more at 02 Academy on Cowley Road.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is before 11:00 am.

Please note: A £100.00 fee will be charged for lost keys, broken keys, or key-related call-outs, so please take care with them.
An additional charge will apply if guests check in early, check out late without permission, or fail to return the keys to the key safe upon departure.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.

SMART TV
Regular terrestrial channels not available. You will need to use your own login details to access on-demand apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.

PARKING
The apartment doesn’t include parking, but nearby options include Worcester Street, Westgate, and Oxpens Car Parks (£25–£30 per 24 hours).

You may also find cheaper or closer options on 'JustPark' online – we recommend booking in advance.

For best value, Seacourt Park & Ride offers parking for £12 for 72 hours, with buses that stop close to the apartment.

COFFEE MACHINE
Pods not provided but can be easily purchased from any number of stores nearby.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
