If you're looking for a little peace, quiet, and refreshing breezes, you will love this two-level beach home! The first level has an open concept living space with a wall of west-facing windows and a full-length covered deck. The living area boasts endless comfort with a sofa, three armchairs, a large flatscreen TV, and endless books and board games for fun evenings at home. The chef of the group will love to prepare fun and delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The coffee maker will be everyone's best friend in the mornings and the breakfast bar adds three dining spaces if the six-person dining table comes up short. The first floor also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, one bedroom, one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and access to the enclosed yard. The yard is a great place to hang out and enjoy a sunny evening. There you'll have four patio chairs and a private gas grill if you feel inspired enough to surprise your friends with a barbecue.

Back inside, climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home where you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a convenient balcony with two comfortable chairs.

The Pacific Beach State Park is one mile away, and if you'd like to explore the surrounding area and take in scenic views, you'll have Sheahan Trail nearby as well.

Perfect Clam Digging Stay

Clean, well stocked, great beds, well priced, & good location - we really enjoyed this property for a couple late December clam digging nights. TV usage & loads of board games were a nice bonus. Easy to get to, very near beach access, and a quick drive into Seabrook, if interested. Would highly recommend & would stay again.

The twin beds were terrible, the couch matching chair sloped down, microwave handle compleatly gone, the only turner for cooking was melted about a 1/3 down,one chair on upper deck compleatly broken all in all uncomfortable

A very comfy stay!

I do business from time to time on the Washington Coast and this is now my second time back at this VRBO. That should say enough - I came back!. Very comfortable beds, nice layout, friendly neighbors, and pretty much all you need.

Overall Ok

Overall our stay was fine and the house was clean. As others have shared, the stairs are steep and narrow so be aware when planning who will be in both upstairs bedrooms. Biggest complaint is that the coffee maker is not a drip machine as the pictures show and is now a Keurig only machine, which we didn’t know to plan for. Lots of filters and beans in the kitchen cabinet though…

Pacific Beach/August 2022

Cozy beach house. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of games and amenities. Nice fenced backyard with firepit and grill. Close driving proximity to public beach access, the small towns of Pacific Beach and Seabrook; about 40 minutes to Lake Quinault and Oldest Spruce Tree. A little small for our group of 8 but it would be perfect for groups of 4-5 people. Great location for exploring this section of the Washington State coastline.

Great place but poor service

It was a great place and location to stay. We got there at check in time about 4:15 and they weren’t through cleaning so we had to wait an hour to get in. But it was clean! The beds were very comfortable! It was close to the beach where we found sand dollars! It was close to beautiful drives and hikes. The only problems were that the coffee pot did not work and they didn’t have toilet paper and paper towels. We called or texted three times and got a response that they would be there the next day, but they never showed up before we left and we stayed for three days.

Very Clean and Well Stocked

The house was very clean even though we arrived in a storm and they couldn't run the dishwasher or washing machine or vacuum, the place was clean and they refunded us our cleaning depositto make up for that. Very well stocked in the kitchen, we weren't missing anything. Great location up on the hill...short walk/drive to the beach. Central and quiet as it was in a small town with the bigger touristy places only a short drive away.

Beautiful Home!

Wonderful house with all the amenities you would ever need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are comfortable. Furniture and decor is amazing - a lot of thought, time and resources were obviously spent making this place feel like home. Very, very clean. The neighborhood is very cute and it is close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Note: not a huge selection at the local stores as far as groceries and food in Pacific Beach so bring what you need.
