  • $275 professional cleaning fee per stay - peak season

About Us



G'day from our Pacific Beach rental! Daniel's an Aussie & I, Anne, met when working there. The laidback lifestyle suited me after Caribbean living in my 20s. We headed back to Seattle in 2010 and found Pacific Beach last summer, falling in love w/ Moby's 70s charm & location. Nothing makes us happier than envisioning guests embracing the patio's ocean air after beach days paddleboarding, beachcombing & soaking up the local vibe.



Our co-host Melissa ran a lodge in Alaska she built herself, serving farm to table casual fare and taking care of her guests with care and a wonderful sense of humor.  Melissa lives locally in Pacific Beach and is around should you need assistance.

    This is the coolest place!!!! It's right out of That 70's Show. It feels like coming home for the holidays to a comfortable time capsule. Fully stocked and furnished, they've thought of everything. Right down to utensils, hot tub towels, rubber mats for sandy shoes and even dog specific towels. The garage stainless steel sinks and outside hot water faucet was PERFECT for dealing with your clams. The caretaker Melissa was immediate with responses and even made us breakfast one morning! I was actually sad to leave. It was private and quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room in the driveway for your truck.

    Anne and Melissa were grest communicators, quickly responding with answers to all my questions and providing other helpful information. Checkin was flawless. The amenities were as described and enjoyed by all. Every night we cooked up a storm in the well equipped kitchen. There are three steps up to the kitchen from the dining and living area which was slightly inconvenient for me. We all noticed dog odor upon entering the property. It persisted in the living area and detracted from our comfort.

    Quaint vintage home

    This was a nice family getaway weekend! We enjoyed our stay here, and loved being able to walk to the beach! The home is a 1970s home that has mostly been updated, but still retains the vintage feel. Lots of room for all 11 of us! Many items are available for guest use! Some things feel a little aged, but the home was clean and comfortable and the owners were very prompt in communicating!

    We had a great time! Came to the area to dig for razor clams; unfortunately, we went home empty handed but it was great to have a nice place to stay and a hot tub to soak in. We enjoyed the game room and the home was big enough that we all had plenty of space. Would love to come back!
