The good: sauna, fireplace, balcony, breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking. Suggested improvement: switch to handheld detachable shower head instead of tall, fixed shower head. Would have loved housekeeping on the first day instead of the third day.

Loved it. Everything was great. Good facilities, good breakfast, fantastic fireplace, friendly staff. My only complaint: housekeeping only done on the third day of the stay. I would have like to have my bed made for me each day. But so understand their cost cutting measure.

Nice, clean, and close to beach. I booked this place because it had a fireplace but I was disappointed not so much because it wasn't a gas fireplace but you had to use a Duraflame log which only lasts an hour and a half and you have to purchase any additional logs for $5. Which I thought was ridiculous! But what really bothered me was that the chemical smell gets trapped in the room, so I couldn't tolerate another log even if I wanted to, even though I did purchase an additional log, for this reason I gave this place an"average" rating!

This is our favorite place to stay in Monterey. It’s clean. It has a hot tub and heated pool, balcony, large refrigerator, and table and chairs.

We were in Room 108 1) Ceiling fan needs to be balanced. It wobbles at high speed. 2) Bathroom has water damage near tub area and . Water damage needs to repaired. 3) Shampoo & Shower Gel Dispensers had the Same product in dispensers! It didn't lather so I assume it was all shower gel. No shampoo, No Conditioner

Everything was acceptable except the mattress in our room,, second worst mattress I’ve been on in a hotel,, but people are friendly, rooms clean, and breakfast was above average, very good
