Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills.

The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches.

From the chilled out surfer to executives looking for a place to relax - it's all here - beaches, surfing, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants....

Beautiful & spacious

This home is beautiful inside and out. The vistas from the deck and windows in the back is really special! Spaces are very large and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the linens were extra special. Management was extremely responsive. I had to reach out for help with adjusting the HVAC system and again to clarify the trash collection schedule (it was a holiday week so I was uncertain on what day it would be collected) and in both instances, I got a response in less than 5 minutes - virtually immediate. I would stay here again without hesitation.

rooms/beds were comfortable (one has a curtain rather than a door but the room itself is large and has a very nice sitting area). Nice hot tub and view of hills. Stove was not working which they communicated to us ~1 week before (toaster oven alternatively) but we had group of 8. Mgmt company was quick to reply to inquiries.

Stay is disappointing

The fire place is not operational. The empty beer bottles were left in the property. The utensils were so blackened and looking dirty. The front yard did not met our expectations . The property surroundings did not met our expectations for the price we paid. There are so many restrictions to use the property access. The floors are looking dirty. This time our stay with VRBO is disappointing and my family is not happy with the stay and all restrictions .

We had the most enjoyable girls weekend in this rental house. 10 girls! House is newly built. Modern interior. Very spacious and clean. Lots of hot water, but we were careful to conserve due to California drought. Good quality beds/linens. Quiet neighborhood. Marbella Mgmt was very easy to work with; quick email responses; very attentive. We had a problem locking a french door to patio, but a repairman came the next morning. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Awesome Location and Great Place

We were thrilled to stay here. The place was impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Pacifica is also relatively very convenient to travel to San Francisco Down Town as well as to travel to Half Moon Bay Area. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighbourhood is quiet and we loved it. Wonderful place

Really enjoyed the stay here. Property and house were awesome. Nicely maintained, very solid luxury feel. Great kitchen. View was really nice. Pacifica is very close to coastal waters and it really cooled down in evening, so bring a light jacket for hanging out on deck. Also foggy many mornings until sun burns it off. Overall this rental was a real pleasure to stay in.

Gorgeous Views and Great House

We had a wonderful say in Pacifica! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the deck views were gorgeous. Check in process and communication with property manger were extremely easy. The house is in a great location. Close to San Francisco and surrounding cities.
