NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.



As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checking out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.



We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

The Host was very responsive and helpful.The house was a great layout for five adults with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms everyone had their privacy. Being a single level was perfect as we had our 93 year old father with us.A nice, safe neighborhood for walking out labradoodle and shopping and restaurants were conveniently close by.The view was beyond words and over our four nights we had one stormy, one cloudy with a beautiful sunset, one clear and one overcast.It was perfect.
