Other things to note
ââ HOME NOTES ââ
Property Info: The homeâs convenient location just off Highway 12 makes it easy to explore the area, though you may notice some road noise at times. Our cabins offer classic, older charm and are surrounded by nature, so you may encounter more local wildlife and insects than in the city.
Packwood sits at the base of White Pass, where its elevation and climate can occasionally create challenging winter driving conditions. Some roads to the area close seasonally (SR 123/Cayuse Pass, SR 410/Chinook Pass, and certain forest roads), so always check conditions and closures before departing. From November through April, 4WD or AWD is recommended. Cell coverage may be unavailable during your trip to the property, so please download directions in advance.
Cell Coverage: Escape the cell signalâbut not the internet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
