I stayed in apartment 1 of Via Sant'Andrea 20 (& for 1 night in apartment 2) for a week. The flat was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. It instantly felt like home to me! For a single traveller or a couple, this is a great flat. It's up 2 flights of steps (not a problem for me, but possibly one for some), and looks out onto the streets below (it's on the corner of the building, above a couple of shops), and it was lovely to be able to watch people go past, hear the noises & occasionally music from the piazza del Frutti (not bothersome; I found it atmospheric), and feel like part of things. It's very close to a market (on the piazza) and to a supermarket (Panorama), and wasn't a bad walk from the station and around various parts of town. I was there for a conference at the university, and found I was easily able to work, etc (the wifi was great). My only complaint is that I got the impression from the description that there was a washing machine as well as a dishwasher, when there wasn't a washing machine. Fortunately, I had enough close to manage without one. Also, there were no sharp knives in the kitchen (chopping onion with a table knife was challenging), so I had to buy one. All in all, however, I loved it and would happily stay there again.
