In need of remodeling! No cold water only hot. No coffee pot to make your morning coffee. Freezer door missing and freezer needs defrosting. Comfortable bed!
Staff was great. Rooms were in need of updating & repair. They were basically clean but I'm one that checks the nooks & crannies. Lobby was clean & inviting. Good breakfast buffet provided.
When I got to my room, the room was not handicapped accessible which I requested due to my old age. The TV did not work due to the remotes batteries were dead. The telephone did not work so I cannot make a call for something to eat. My sheets were so thin that I was not comfortable and my top sheet was so rough it scratched my skin. I will not recommend your hotel to anybody or are you stay at your property in the future? I would like a full refund or a partial refund due to my experience with your hotel and your staff. The Cotner breakfast was not very good. The coffee was cold.
Had a reservation for King standard smoking. "We don't have that." Then why did you send me an email confirming what I reserved? Got to the room. Dirty. Very old. Dead bugs in the window sill. Ceiling cracking and falling. The bed? If you put a wooden flat on bricks, you'd have more comfort. Hard as concrete. Rude employees who huffed and puffed that there were several people there checking in.
The room was dusty. The door wouldn’t latch. Housekeepers folded my dirty towels and put them back on the shelf without washing them. It was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced!
