Decent for the Money

Easy Parking off the highway, helpful front desk, okay breakfast; waffle maker and yogurt outside of the usual bread, cereal and muffins, coffee was of the instant variety. Might stay there again due to familiarity.

Paying for days that you didn’t stay!!

This stay Was accidentally booked a week in Advance. Due to Hotels.com calendar Not tracking appropriate days of the week like other websites. I stayed with this hotel two days and it was an OK experience. They would not work together and give me a refund for the day that was accidentally booked. Hotel said they would refund it the day. I actually checked in there and Hotels.com could not reach the front desk to ask for the refund. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call to get Approval to refund it. Hotels.com did not even try. I received permission the day after I made the reservation through the hotel. Very frustrating experience.

I had the accessible accommodations room, however, the shower chair is not ADA approved and the shower head would not move. The bathroom smelled moldy, which lingered into the room itself. The mattress was like sleeping on a pull out couch, bumpy and no support. Breakfast selection was limited, ultimately I choose to skip this. Area was ok, and the staff interaction was limited, but the night worker seemed nice. I would not recommend this hotel.

Unkept, bugs, + blood stains

We put this day late in the evening as we had to stop here in our road trip. We checked in just before 11 PM, honestly as a last resort it seems like the nicest place in the area. Mistake. Upon arrival into our room, the room had a strange smell And felt humid. The AC did end up working, but didn’t get light. The street lights in the parking lot shine through our room all night long making it difficult to rest. The room was dingy with stain walls and chipped paint. I killed two bugs in the bathroom. When we fold the back our bed to sleep our sheets, had a blood stain in the middle of it. Thankfully we booked a queen bed with two beds so we were table to double up in one. We were so tired that we did not have the energy to swap rooms or hotels. We slept for 5 hours and got up to leave. We would NEVER recommend this stay to anyone.
