Create an unforgettable vacation for the whole family. This is a 2-story townhouse with a beautiful view of Lake Powell & Lone Rock. Boat parking is usually available on nearby dirt lot down the street. On the entry-level there is a 2-car garage, kitchen/dining area, living room, patio with grill & half-bath. On the lower-level are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms & sliding doors leading out to the backyard. Only 10min to Lake Powell, 15min to Page, 22min to Horseshoe Bend, & 25min to Antelope Canyon.
Approaching the property you can either park in the driveway or in the 2-car garage.
As you walk through the front door, you're immediately hit with a dramatic view of the open desert, mesas, and lake. There is an open-concept kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware and a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and oven. In the living room is a 55" HDTV with complimentary access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+. Next to the living room is a dining table for six and a kitchen counter space with two stools. There is a sofa bed and a rollaway bed on this floor.
A sliding door leads out to the upper patio where there is a propane BBQ grill, two chairs, and a small table.
Each bedroom downstairs has a full bathroom and a queen bed. The master bedroom has a 43â HDTV with complimentary streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, & ESPN+) and a desk with a dual-screen setup and USB-C Docking Station for those that remote-work. There is also an extra rollaway bed and camping cot in the bathroom closet. Sliding doors in both rooms lead out into the backyard where there are a couple chairs and a small table.
**First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher are both located in the Laundry Room
The entire townhouse is available for guests.

The Greenehaven community just outside Page is a safe quiet neighborhood with some of the most spectacular views: day and night! It's a "dark skies" community meaning there's little to no light pollution for miles presenting some of the clearest starry skies in the country. During the day, you're greeted with amazing views of Lake Powell and Lone Rock in the distance.
Greenehaven also has a recently renovated Pilot gas station with a great burger joint and all the immediate essentials you may need. Lake Powell is only a 10 minute drive away and the town of Page is about 15 minutes away. You are within close reach to all the local Page attractions like the Antelope Slot Canyons, Horseshoe Bend, and more. Several National Parks including the Grand Canyon, Arches, Bryce, Zion, and Monument Valley are all within a 2-3hr drive as well.
The surrounding areas of Greenehaven and nearby Bigwater are also excellent areas for off-roading if you're experienced and have a proper 4x4 vehicle. For the adventurous, there are ATV/UTV tours near Bigwater (few minutes north of Greenehaven) that'll show you around the diverse terrain of dirt, rock, and clay.
It's best if you have your own car or a rental car to get around. There is a local taxi service called Buggy Taxi if needed.
Please keep noise levels at a considerate level as you may have neighbors on either side of the townhouse.
-If you are booking my place as a local, you must first message me as to the reason for your stay before I accept at my discretion.
- You must have favorable reviews from past hosts to successfully Instant Book. Otherwise it is at my discretion to accept the booking.
- If you are booking with multiple people, please state the full names of each guest and or invite them to your reservation through the app if they have the appropriate platform profiles.
- Booking on behalf of someone else (third-party booking) is not allowed at this listing. Third-party bookings can be subject to a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Exception: A Designated Booker can book for staff and clients of a company.
- Unregistered additional guests subjects you to an additional fee of $40 per day per person and or a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation and or requiring the extra guests to leave.
- Parties are strictly prohibited and will incur a fee of $300 plus any potential damages.
- Smoking anywhere indoors will incur the guest a fee of at least $300 for remediation.
- Use and or possession of illegal drug substances will incur a fee of $300.
- Unauthorized pets will incur the guest a fee of $300.
- Tampering with security equipment will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation along with a $300 fee.
- Unauthorized entry into the maid closet will result in a nonrefundable cancellation of your reservation along with a $400 fee.
- Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10PM to 7AM. Noise complaints may be grounds for non-refundable cancellation of reservation.
- If you have any complaints about the property (amenities, cleanliness, repairs, etc.), upon addressing these issues to the host or booking platform you are authorizing one of our staff to enter the property and remedy the issue in a timely manner.
- At the end of your stay, put all used towels in the washer with detergent and start a hot cycle. Please clean out any personal food or beverages that you may have left in the fridge, freezer, or pantry.
- Wash or put away in the dishwasher any dirty dishes.
- Unauthorized late checkouts over an hour past 10AM that interfere with cleaning and prepping the space for next guests will incur you a fee of that dayâs base rate. If the following guests need to cancel their stay in result of this delay, you will also incur the full charge of their stay.
