We come to Pagosa every year in November and this year we had a few more adults with us than normal so we needed a place that had plenty of beds. This home was exactly as it was marketed. Plenty of beds and a very open comfortable kitchen, family room area for us to relax in each night. Cheryl our host was awesome and communicated very well with me. We will definitely contact her again next year.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home in pagosa springs. We enjoyed the great room concept, which was extra large we could all spread out and cook, watch football and kids had a lot of room to play! There was a number of kids toys, that was a surprise and came in very handy! Beds were super comfortable neighborhood was quiet. We saw a fox and deer! We will definitely stay here next time we go to Pagosa Springs. Host was fast responding to us!
