This gorgeous two-story home offers a phenomenal 180-degree view of the San Juan Mountains, multiple fireplaces, a wet bar, a sprawling deck, and so much more. It is tucked amongst the Ponderosa Pines but is a mere 5-minute drive to uptown amenities, boutiques, restaurants, and just 10 minutes to the bustling downtown and hot springs. Whether it be getting ready for a day of play by whipping up breakfast in its fully equipped kitchen or unwinding on the deck gazing at Black Head Peak, Antelope Ranch is the ultimate getaway for those craving luxury and peace.

**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
The front door opens to a beautiful, open floor plan home with the living room directly in front, the kitchen just to the right, and the dining room in front of the kitchen. The backdrop is stunning views of the back deck nestled among pines with a premier 180-degree view of the San Juan Mountains. The living room features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped to cook to your heart's content. Looking toward the dining room is the wet bar, plentiful seating, and a view that can’t be beat!
Around the corner from the kitchen is an enormous pantry, then the laundry room with a washer and dryer, leading to the two-car garage.
To the right of the dining room and then left, is the first king bedroom that has deck access, an ensuite bathroom, and smart TV. The full bathroom has a spacious shower and double sinks. This leads to the first queen bedroom, complete with a reading chair, Smart TV, and lovely vanity.
Directly through the living room doors leads to an enormous outdoor deck with spectacular views, outdoor seating, and a bbq grill.
To the left of the living room and down the hall to the right is a half bath for convenience. Directly across is access to the master bedroom, which boasts deck access, a king bed, and a kiva style gas fireplace. Through the master is the master bath featuring a shower, soaking tub, and double sinks.
Downstairs leads to a bedroom featuring a queen bed with a full bathroom attached. The bathroom offers a lovely walk in shower. Flowing forward opens to the basement community space with a TV, comfy seating, and two sets of twin trundle beds- perfect for kiddos!

Overall our stay was nice, but we didn’t realize that the house was on a corner lot on a very busy street. In fairness, it’s on a big lot, but the grass was very tall and we had to call to ask them to mow it so the grandkids could play in the yard. The internet was never spotty, too do we just used 5G. The house could use some repairs, but is well suited for larger parties.

Fabulous Home!

This home looked beautiful from the photos, but was truly even better in real life. Our friend group had an absolutely fabulous time. Great Place for Reunion

This was the perfect property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with friends. The kitchen was well equipped to handle dinners for our crowd. The living room was spacious and the deck was perfect for enjoying happy hour. The location was quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed watching the deer wander through the property. Communications with property management were good. It was a great stay!

We visit Pagosa every year and this house was perfect for our family. Loved the location love the large family room where we love gathering around the fire playing games with friends. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook a big meal and the very large patio outside was perfect for grilling.

From booking to checkout this property and management was amazing! This was our first family (12) trip out of state (from Texas) and it was just so peaceful and a great experience. The location is perfect and home had everything we needed. From space for everyone to relax comfortably, to sleds for kids to play in the snow in the back yard. It is not far from downtown shopping and the hot springs, and a quick drive to wolf creek ski area. The management was also very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We will definitely book here again!

Comfortable house to stay in, good location

Our family and friends (4 adults and 4 teens) stayed here between Christmas and New Years. We liked having the Christmas tree and decorations for the holiday season. The property manager was responsive with communication. There is lots of space and plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is great for meal preps and the table accommodated all of us. The neighborhood is quiet and is up the road for a grocery store.
