Our lovely and completely equipped one-bedroomed apartment is a top floor apartment on the 2nd floor in a new beachfront complex built in 2008 according to the highest standards. Our apartment was opened for holidaymakers as a brand new apartment in October 2011. From the large private balcony opens an amazing panoramic view over the turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean, the endless white sanded beaches. The sunrise from the ocean is absolutely unforgettable. Listening to the ocean or enjoying the sunshine in a suntrap at the outdoor swimming pool can give a complete relaxation.
The amazingly white sanded beach of Costa Calma is only 50 metres away. The shopping centre and supermarkets are in 10 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants and bars around open until late hours. It is ideal for couples who need privacy and relaxation.
In the one bedroom apartment all the furniture is new and designed at high standard. The living area has a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax and enjoy directly the wonderful ocean views, or watch your favorite channel on the flat screen 32' TV. We have high speed internet connection installed in the apartment, we offer free WIFI connection from our own modem WIFI (5 GB)
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar desk with 2 bar chairs with suitable levels. You can decide to eat there or outside in the terrace where you can find the dining area with 4 chairs and table. The terrace is partly covered, suitable for outside dining. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Also there is a smaller room behind with a built in wardrobe, and sofa bed. The bathroom has a normal sized (60x90 cm) shower.Towels and linens are provided, but please use your own beach towels at the beach or pool area.The apartment has a very good ventilation, has mosquito screens, and gets a lot of sunshine and light all through the day.

Even it was in a cold period we were there, the apartment was nice warm, without any heating.Small kitchen. Kitchen needs to be updated, glass and plates.Good value for the price

If you don't mind stairs, this top floor apartment has an almost perfect sea view, comfy bed, big TV (though no English channels) and small kitchen with two ring hob. The beach and nearest restaurant (on the beach) is a 5 minute walk away and supermarket 10 minutes.

October get away to the sun

Perfect apartment for a couple. Simple, clean, great location, perfect for a pre-breakfast swim 'sin nada'. Great balcony with stunning view of the beach. Kitchen crockery, cutlery etc could do with a sort out and perhaps replacement. Dont need so many plates and bowls, especially chipped ones. Would i go back to this apartment- ABSOLUTELY.

Nice enough property but wrong info

The apartment is small but lovely location. The shower needs a revamp and some of the dishes are chipped. Also the pool shower needs retitling but overall the flat and block are nice. My major problem was that my booking confirmation told me that check out was 4.00 but while on the beach I got a call to say they needed us out to clean for next occupants. I sent the owner a copy of my reservation but she said the check in and check out times were the wrong way round and it should have said 11.00. She did let us have a shower and pack but was not willing to honour the booking or even go mid way. She said we could leave our cases in the basement store but the complex gate needs a key so we could not have got back in once we gave the keys back. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I do feel the accuracy of details on Home Away should be checked by owner as they are clearly misleading

La situación perfecta. El apartamento, sencillo pero acogedor, mobiliario Ikea, sofå algo incómodo, dormitorio espartano, pero la cama y colchón cómodos, la terraza amplia con sol por la mañana y sombra por la tarde, las zonas comunes y piscina bien. Calidad del sueño perfecta. Resumen: aconsejable para una pareja. He puesto una estrella en comunicación porque no ha existido, la llave en un Cajetín con clave a la entrada, nadie ha venido ni llamado, al marchar dejas la llave dentro y se acabó. Antes de llegar hice una consulta por mensaje y me respondieron råpidamente, las instrucciones con el mismo sistema. A mucha gente le gustarå este sistema, a mí no me gusta.

Ho trascorso 2 settimane lavorando da remoto. Ottima la posizione: 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Questo mi ha permesso un tuffo in pausa pranzo! Un balcone spazioso dove mangiare e trascorrere le serate.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist viel schöner in der RealitĂ€t als in den Bilder! Tolle Lage: nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Apartment ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

loved the balcony and see view the location was great for beach spar supermarket and resturants the apartment had all you need for a comfortable stay the mosquito screens on all windows so could leave windows open and here the waves pool very nice to swim in quite a few steps up to apartment but would definately book this apartment again

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Meerblick

Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt. Bett und Matratzen sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Durch die Lage im obersten Geschoss kann man Nachts die BalkontĂŒren auf lassen, was bei der WĂ€rme perfekt ist. Das 2. Schlafzimmer haben wir gelegentlich genutzt (mein Mann schnarcht sehr). Nachts hört man das Meer- herrlich! In der NĂ€he einige Restaurants. Oft gehen wir zum Essen in ein Hotel. Man zahlt an der Rezeption und kann so das Buffet genießen. Das finden wir sehr praktisch.

Ein toller Traumurlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub genossen, in dem alles gestimmt hat. Ein super Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Keine 2 Min zum Strand. Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang, die Sauberkeit des Apartments war spitze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der NĂ€he. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, die Wohnanlage war sehr ruhig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Bett, welches mit 1,40m Breite fĂŒr 2 Personen einfach zu schmal ist. Vielen Dank an die herzlichen Vermieter, die zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter und wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Toplage mit Meerblick und Wellenrauschen. Bei der Einrichtung gibt es kleine EinschrĂ€nkungen. Das Bett von 1,40m ist nur fĂŒr Leute die es gern kuschelig mögen optimal. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist reparaturbedĂŒrftig.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den Strand

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ganz hervorragend. Ich erhielt spĂ€testens am darauffolgenden Tag eine Antwort, wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Wir werden diese Wohnung ganz sicher noch mal mieten. Ich persönlich halte sie aber eher fĂŒr 2 als fĂŒr 3 Personen geeignet.

Prima bed. Terrasstoelen kapot. Eetservies vertoont breuken en scherven. TV maakt soms akelige geluiden dat je denkt dat hij explodeerd.
