Located in a very quiet location, 1.5 km from Tamarium beach and 750mt from Aigua Gelida cove, Villa Susanna is a nice property with a beautiful sea view and all the comforts to make your holiday in Costa Brava, unforgettable.

The spaces outside offers fantastic views on the Mediterranean sea, the panoramic pool with the terrace and sunbeds for the relaxing days, chill area with sofas to enjoy an aperitif on sunset, the BBQ, table and chairs for al fresco dinners and share moments with friends and the family.
Inside, we have a spacious area that hosts the living room, a lot of natural light enter from the big glass windows, perfect to admire the outside, there are sofas, the TV the fireplace a very welcome ambient for moments of socialization also in the cooler days.
In the same space there is the dining area with table and chairs and the open american kitchen, with highchairs, dishwasher, oven, freezer.

Villa susanna can accomodate 6 person in three bedrooms, one room has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, one room has two single beds , the third room has a double bed, these two rooms share the bathroom with shower.

This porperty offer to its guests the wi fi connection, a car parking , the air conditioning and heating, to enjoy your stay all year long and trasform your holiday in a unforgattable experience.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
