COTTAGE DOLCEVITA by KlabHouse is part of a complex of villas located in Punta Sardinia, 1 kilometer from the white sandy beaches of Porto Rafael.

The cottage is surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the island of La Maddalena and has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms with shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms with views and access to terraces furnished with sofas, umbrellas and deckchairs.

The property includes air conditioning in the bedrooms, BBQ, WIFi internet and 2 indoor parking spaces.

The cottage is the ideal destination for those who want a stay between nature and relaxation in the beautiful setting of Punta Sardinia.

Emplacement et vue exceptionnels, nous reviendrons

Maison trÚs agréable et grand calme. Romualdo, intendant sur place parle français et s'attache à répondre aux demandes ainsi que conseils/visites, vins, restaurants, animations Un Market à Porto Rafael, 800 m, sinon detorimarket à palau 3 km. Véhicule indispensable, Petite Plage : Cala inglese la plus proche, agréable car ombragée. Coin barbecue à l'arriÚre de la maison avec point d'eau et douches trÚs agréable. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse a utiliser absolument. Climatisation dans les chambres. Le Bémol : moustiques !! Petit coin de paradis.

Excellent home!

We really enjoyed staying here! House was comfortable and clean. Lorenzo was incredible, very kind and responsive. We had minor issues that he was very quick to respond to.The house is outside the Porto Cervo area (about 30min driving), but still worth it! Beautiful region near Porto Rafael and Palau.

The location is special, the view is amazing: the sea and the bay on one side, the rocks on the other. The property manager is great and accommodating. The property is in good condition even if the gardener could do a better job. The kitchen counter and the fixture need a touch up.

Picturesque Villa

We absolutely loved our villa in La Serra. It is a beautiful group of villas in a really unique spot located just above Porto Rafael. The position of the villa gives it very unique views and breeze at all times of the day, which make it enjoyable to sit, work, eat, relax outside even at the hottest times. The only drawbacks are that you really need a car to drive to any shops or restaurants and the community pool is really dingy and in need of repair. There really needs to be an investment in some furniture - there is currently nothing. Porto Rafael is one of our FAVORITE spots in Sardinia but the parking is a bit difficult. Otherwise, the villa is super clean, very well appointed and the the property manager and daily cleaner are always available and very willing to help with anything. Our family is already looking forward to returning!!

Ruhige Lage mit tollen Ausblick

Das Objekt befinde sich in einer tollen Hanglage umgeben von grossen Steinen, der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft aber ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Es gibt keine Wege in den Ort und zum Strand, auch zu Fuß nur ĂŒber die Straße nach ca. 2 km erreichbar!
