Bamboo Villa is the ideal place for those who are looking for total relaxation. It 'a modern villa, recently built, ideal for couples and families with children. The location is favorably located just minutes from the sea, a few kilometers from the city.
The entrance gate is automatic and there is direct access to the parking lot.
From the garden surrounding the house are just inside, where you will find a comfortable lounge with TV and fireplace, dining room with seating for six for your dinners with friends and the open plan kitchen with all the amenities. In this same floor there is a bathroom for guests.
From the dining room on the ground floor there is a large window on the patio with gazebo, where you can enjoy romantic evenings, where you can eat out in the evening and admire the stars of the gulf of Mondello.
Leads to the upper floor by a flight of stairs leading to three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

A wonderful family friendly haven

Bamboo House was exactly as we imagined. Private, safe for the little ones, spacious and very well equipped as well as very clean. It was fantastic being only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Our host Giacomo was friendly, gave us lots of great recommendations and ideas for where to visit and eat out. He was easy to communicate with and responsive. We all loved our stay in Mondello.

Fabulous Mondello

Thanks to Giacomo for a fantastic stay. Communication before the trip was excellent. When we arrived, Giacomo met us at the property and showed us around. He was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. He gave us many recommendations of things to do and places to visit. Beautiful Home

Giacomo takes great pride in keeping a beautiful home and offering a great experience. He was always available to assist with any questions about the area and helped set up transport from the train station upon our arrival. The home and yard are in pristine condition. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. You have everything you will ever need to make a good meal. Everyone enjoyed lounging in the back yard, the grass is so soft for children to play in. Doing laundry was even enjoyable thanks to the huge laundry room and efficient washer and dryer! Yes I said dryer! That can be hard to find in many rentals. The bathrooms are very modern and clean. The beach is 2 blocks away. A very easy walk. There is a new grocery store within 10 minutes of walking as well as the town square. Honestly, Giacomo’s house was the nicest one we saw through all of our walking through the area. We were very happy on our choice.

Superbe location

La villa de Giacomo est superbe et très bien équipée. Rien à redire. Très propre, c'est comme à la maison sauf que la plage n'est qu'à 5mn. Je recommande vivement. De plus, Giacomo est très accueillant et très serviable. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Bellissima casa!

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette magnifique maison! Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité: la maison est spacieuse, impeccable, très joliment décorée et très bien équipée - il y a même une bibliothèque avec de très beaux livres sur la Sicille-, jardin et terrasse sont aussi très agréables. De plus Giacomo est un hôte prévenant. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!

Super Villa!

Wir waren zu 9 bei Giacomo in der Villa! Es war super. Alles wie auf den Bildern, super sauber, groß und bequem! Auch die Kommunikation mit Giacomo lief reibungslos. Er ist super nett und hat immer geantwortet und uns geholfen als wir Fragen hatten. Wir hatten keinen Auto gehabt, was nicht schlimm war, da ein Transfer von und zum Flughafen für uns organisiert wurde. Das lief auch sehr gut und sehr pünktlich. Strand, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. (Giacomo hat auch sehr gute Tipps gegeben). Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Hervorragendes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich tadellos. Sauberkeit, Betten, Küchenausstattung sind top. Der Garten ist das Highlight, mit dem perfekten Gras und der Veranda. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auf jede Anfrage nach kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Auch die Strandnähe (5 min) und das türkisblaue Wasser sind top. Worauf der Hausbesitzer sicherlich keinen Einfluss hat, sind die teilweise schockierenden Müllberge und das Fahrverhalten in Palermo und Umgebung. Wem das aber nichts ausmacht, dem ist das Haus auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wonderful place!

The house is very well maintained and a really beautiful place to relax and start your excursions from. The garden is a great place to relax, the beach is only a 3-5 minutes walk away, there are restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance - perfect place to stay. We’ve been there with 3 adult children, there are more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms available. The kitchen is super well equipped. The host is very accommodating and always accessible when needed. We were welcomed with wine, fruits and pasta. A place to come back to!

Eleganza, funzionalità e cortesia

In trasferta “sportiva” abbiamo affittato la casa per cinque giorni. La villa è elegante, funzionale e ben attrezzata. Il giardino è delizioso è molto ben tenuto. Il valore aggiunto - a cui aggiungerei una “lode”alle stellette - è stata la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana con la mia famiglia . Wunderschöne Außenanlage zum perfekten Enstpannen mit modernem Ferienhaus für erholsame Urlaubstage

Unsere Urlaubsgruppe bestehend aus 6 Freund*innen verbachte 11 Tage in dem sehr modernen, gemütlichen und hellen Ferienhaus. Dieses wurde uns vom Gastgeber ausführlich vor Ort vorgestellt, wodurch wir uns schnell zurecht fanden. Für uns hatte die Unterkunft genau die richtige Größe. Der Außenbereich ist äußerst ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein, wenn man keine Angst vor zahlreichen Mückenstichen hat :) Der phantastische Rasen war eine wahre Augenweide. Der Gastgeber bemühte sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts rege um die Außenanlage, wodurch alles immer super gepflegt war. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wodurch Restaurantbesuche nicht zwingend nötig sind. Wir genossen Pasta und Espresso in allen Variationen. Ein entsprechender Geschenkekorb vom Gastgeber erleichterte uns dabei den Einstieg in den Urlaub. Der gut funktionierende Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine für 10 kg vereinfachte uns die tägliche Hausarbeit sehr. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Hochsommer sehr warm, wenn man nicht unbedingt bei laufender Klimaanlage schlafen möchte. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Keller und besitzen einen entsprechenden leichten Geruch. Zudem sind dort zur frühen Stunde deutliche Pumpengeräuche zu hören. Ansonsten gibt es an dem Haus absolut nichts zu kritisieren. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Giacomo!
