Breakfast was excellent! The hot tub wasn’t working, but the staff was very helpful and attentive. Mattress was very comfortable. The room on the ground floor did not feel private—the balcony opened out right above the street, but they did what they could to build brush around so nobody could see in. The pool was beautiful, and the views were spectacular.

This property was absolutely gorgeous!! Highly recommend!! Only 8 rooms, so very private, felt like you had the place to yourself. The staff, everyone, were amazing!! Very helpful & friendly, you felt like family!! Will definitely be back & you should try it too for an amazing vacation!!

The staff at Unico is amazing, the absolute best. We were treated like family and the feeling was mutual. We loved them all. The hotel itself is gorgeous, intimate, and luxurious. The pool is stunning. There's a hot tub on the rooftop patio with gorgeous views of the sea from both the roof and the pool area. The service to the pool and hot tub was superior. Our afternoon cocktails came with delicious treats. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We hope to return one day. We loved it.

We have travelled to many places around the world and the Hotel Unico d’art is right up there with the very best. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Monica who along with the rest of the staff could not have been more warm and friendly and helpful to us. Our room with a large terrace and private large jacuzzi was fantastic. The pool area overlooked the sea and provided a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere to enjoy. There are ample sunbeds although we often had the whole pool to ourselves. The staff were always available to serve drinks and snacks during the day or evening. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and a menu to select hot food if desired. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely area to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of Mondello Bay. The hotel is an easy walk into Mondello square where there are numerous restaurants to choose from . The hotel is right on the coast and a short walk to the beaches. We had the best holiday here and will definitely be back again soon.

my husband and I spent 8 days at Unico and loved every second of it !!! beautiful property, the room we had overlooking the water was amazing, clean, and the hospitality was unmatched. The friendliest staff that went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. the breakfast/ cappucinos in the morning were delicious! super close to the sqaure, the beaches, and a gazillion restuarants. we cant wait to come back!!!!

This hotel is the perfect stay in Mondello. It is walking distance to everything Mondello has to offer. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. They were able to reserve transfers from the airport and to our next stop in Sicily. The pool was beautiful and clean.

Loved our stay!

Loved it here. Amazing view. The staff was so friendly, and the location in Mondello was walking distance to everything in Mondello. Highly recommend having a car though to get to the rest of Palermo. I usually don't stay at the same place twice, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

Highly recommend!!! I could not say enough great things about this stay. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and private with a stunning infinity pool and rooftop deck great for sunset and a nightcap. The staff go far out of their way to help and were so kind. They assisted us in finding massages to the room, Vespa rental, having my wife’s hair done in the room, and restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend for anyone booking in Palermo or Mondello Bay.

From the receptionist to the breakfast servers and cleaning crew, all employees that I intersected with were kind, friendly and ready to assist. The location of the hotel in walking distance to the town square including restaurants was ideal. Each morning I would rise early and go for a walk along the sea front, it was ideal.
