The breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable but there was a really dirty wall and refrigerator was not working. We asked for a refrigerator replacement and they said cant be replaced.

This Hotel did not disappoint. The reception staff is friendly and easy to work with. Hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfy. My only dislike was, I had a NO facing room which was a little dark vs. the SO facing rooms. Some may prefer the darker more quiet rooms. :)

I love the fountains out back The pool was always clean. The staff is friendly & accommodating everyone from the room attendant (who knew I preferred regular coffee as opposed to decaf & left me regular. She also knew that I like a pillow & a blanket on the chaise lounge & always left it there for me) Also Nikki in the kitchen was super friendly, as was Mimi (& others) at the front desk, & the hotel manager, Rich. They all made me feel at home & I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was a constant, loud noise in my room that made it very difficult to relax or get any sleep. I brought the issue to management’s attention, but they showed little concern and didn’t make any effort to resolve the problem or accommodate me in any way. I expected better customer service and care. I would not stay here again based on this experience.
