Spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 bath Club Cottage with tranquil canal views. Stunning travertine marble floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with custom self closing cabinets with a large pantry, pull out shelves, granite counters, tumbled marble backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have been exquisitely renovated with frameless walk in shower in the master and a combination tub/shower in the guest bathroom. Both bathrooms have custom cabinets and marble counters. Master bedroom has king size Sleep number bed and guest bedroom has queen size bed. Living area boasts open space with beautiful furnishings to make you feel at home. Cook outdoors and enjoy the open patio with a tranquil water view. One block from the community pool, with bathrooms, shaded seating area and viewing deck. Located in PGA National, a Private Resort Community and home of the Cognizant Classic. Golf available for a fee and is not included with rental. Close proximity to many restaurants, spas, shopping along with great trails for walking or biking, children's playgrounds, and much more.
PGA National requires guest registration and ID is required after 9 PM.

Our 3rd stay at one of these Village Cottage units. This one had one of the better kitchen/laundry set-ups. Unit was comfortable and clean. Host was nice and responsive.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and remarkably well equipped for our stay. We had everything we needed for meal prep and cooking. Our 2 granddaughters were able to join us for a few nights, and they got their own room. The area swimming pool was also well maintained, and just a short walk away.

Nicely Renovated

This golf cottage was perfect for two golfing couples. The property was equipped with everything you could ever need. The community pool was very enjoyable and the Property Manager was always very prompt in communicating and assisting.

Adequate for weekend stay

We rented for 3 weeks so my review is based on that time frame. Relatively clean but dated small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage. in a good location. Because many homeowner items left inside the 2 closets, many outdated condiment items left on kitchen shelves, bathroom and under kitchen sink cabinets filled with stuff from others, all make for too much clutter, and less space for a long term stay. Old ant trap left on kitchen counter as well as left over sugar/flour left in countertop canisters, add to the impression that the place is not throughly cleaned out after each use. Host, who is not the owner, receptive to supplying umbrella as stated on listing, and another set of bed linens as only had the one set which was what was already on the bed. Discovered we were not registered as renters so unable to get gate pass which meant we had to stop at gate each time we entered, day or night. That was convenient and something we had not encountered at previous rentals at PGA.

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and kuerig coffee maker . There was a small basket with a variety of snacks to welcome us. We saw a rabbit in the yard, a raccoon and lots of birds .

Updated and beautiful cottage right across from the community pool. House had everything you could need plus close to grocery and restaurant for anything else you could need. Maria was so nice and helpful and very accommodating when our flight was canceled! Would definitely stay again!

Love this condo!

This is the BEST condo! Maria has made sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, mats and basic pantry essentials are all here. It’s quiet with a fountain view and it’s close to the neighborhood pool. It’s totally updated and convenient to arrive and depart. This was our second year in a row, and we’ll be back next year!

PGA Stay

This is our third time renting a club cottage at PGA. 711 was clean and nice. Appreciated that they had basic supplies like paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. Only negative is that this cottage doesn’t have the golf membership through the resort so you have to play the local public tracks which are decent. Sandhill Crane and North Palm Beach Country Club being the best courses that are nearby.
