Lisa was amazing! From the minute our flight landed, we called for a shuttle pick up. She was there in under 5 minutes, escorted us into the hotel, checked us in and continued to provide excellent service showing us where to get food, drinks, anything we needed and making sure we had everything necessary. Definitely would stay here again!

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the over all experience. To start, when arrived CUstomer Service was on her personal phone sitting away from reception desk and talk to me after I talk to her. Then my room bathroom was filthy so I bought tylex and cleaned it myself. So was the condition of the room over all, poor hygiene. Parking lot had trash all around and lawn had dog poop everywhere. The only reason did not leave, because I arrived late night and next day was going to a funeral.
