Basically everything in the room was breaking on me, intimately waking up to a pool of water all over the floor one morning. I got a different room finally, but this will be my last time here. Friendly staff at the lobby, but the condition of the rooms, noise level, dirt everywhere in hallways and in rooms too, this place is just really rough at the moment. I suggest find smth else.

My room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. Maid service everyday was something I haven't seen in many years and I really appreciated returning to my room with the bed made, garbage removed and clean towels.

⭐ 0/10 – Do NOT Stay Here I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Monday, but I checked right back out as soon as I saw the room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — stains all over the sink, a bathtub that wouldn’t stop running, and a filthy mat thrown inside the tub as if that would cover up the mess. The entire room smelled horrible, and the hallway wasn’t any better. I asked for a different room, and the receptionist, Vanessa, told me the hotel was full and that all the bathrooms looked like that. When I asked about a refund, she said I’d “probably” get one and told me to come back in the morning. The next morning, I was told I’d still be charged for Friday but refunded the remaining days. Bottom line: I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks and smells like a crackhouse. Do not be fooled by the pictures online — they are nothing like reality. And the customer service needs serious improvement, starting with Vanessa’s attitude. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.
