The beach is very private and pristine and there are no highways to cross (just ask if you need to cross Highway A1A if this is important to you). Situated on prestigious Jupiter Island (think Tiger Woods among other celebrities), this home is located in a highly desirable and private community which is bordered on three sides by the glistening turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, Jupiter Inlet and Intracoastal Waterway. Graced by private beaches (with amazing fishing right off the beach!), quaint walkways and proximity to all the amenities of the Palm Beaches, this setting is one of a kind. Numerous awesome restaurants, golf courses, shops and activities are just minutes away.

2. Luxury: This house is loaded with the finest of everything. From 500 plus thread count sheets and plush mattresses to marble baths and hardwood floors, beautiful kitchen with Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, numerous high definition TV's and gorgeous designer style, heated swimming pool and spa, those with even the most discriminating of tastes will feel right at home.

3. Family and Dog friendly: Though every mom must check for herself, this home is Baby proofed and welcoming. Just ask if you need a crib, high chair, stroller or pool safety fence.

Fido will also feel special with his or her own gourmet dining station and spacious romps at the beach. The house is also fun for the whole family, inside and out. But you may still experience intermittent noise during daytime construction hours. Great house for a family vacation with three kids. One of the most comfortable rental properties for a family gathering. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking dinners, the living areas were comfy and welcoming. The kids were in the pool and at the beach - which is truly a 5 min walk away - every day. We had pool toys, beach equipment and everything we needed. Host responded to any questions within minutes.

Fantastic house and location!

Great house, everything you could ask for plus! Location is perfect, walkable to a beautiful beach and plenty of fun restaurants around. Owner was very responsive and checking in and out was easy. By far the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in, would highly recommend it.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home. This location cannot be beat! Steps to the beach, restaurants and any fun activity the area offers. The home is well appointed and cozy. Plenty of room for a good sized group or a romantic getaway. We will be staying again.

Gem near the beach

This was a wonderful location and the perfect house for a family beach getaway. With a backyard pool, pool table, bikes and nearly anything you could imagine to help make our vacation time enjoyable was provided. We were within a short adorable path to the beach which was nearly empty most of our stay. I highly recommend booking a vacation here.

Beautiful home close to the beach

We greatly enjoyed our stay here with our family of 6 (all adult age). This is a beautiful, updated home that was immaculately clean when we arrived. The house has all the amenities you'll need, including beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, a wagon to get to and from the beach, bikes, etc. The back pool/patio area is wonderful. It's in a very nice neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach, which was private and uncrowded. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Property manager was very responsive to any questions and provided much info on fun local things to do. We would definitely love to come back.

Amazing Spot

House was perfect for us, we all had enough space without having any wasted rooms/space. Property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for the beach, pool, and interior. We are already planning a visit later this year and for summer of 25, the owners were excellent to work with, and went the extra mile when my wife and daughter forgot a few items when we checked out of property. If a private beach and excellent location interest you, this home should be at the top of your list.

4 Bathrooms???

Very nice house in a great location, but there are not 4 or 3.5 bathrooms in this house. There are 2.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Three of the four bedrooms on the 2nd floor have to share a small bathroom - that's potentially 6 people sharing one bathroom. That does not qualify as a "luxury" property. The write-up for the property on VRBO is not accurate. That said, it was an enjoyable week in a great location.

Nice vacation house for families with young kids

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation rental - it had everything we were looking for and more. We were blown away by the amenities for small children, it had two high chairs, a double stroller, beach toys, pool toys/swim vests, an inside toy bin, a medium sized crib, a pack n play, and safety plugs for the electrical outlets. I hadn't come across any rentals with this kind of set up for young kids. Also, the pool has a gradual beach/style walk-in which was great for our 1.5 year old, and the rest of the yard was gated which was great when our daughter wanted to run around. You can walk to the beach and it's a short drive to restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable. Beyond the conveniences of this place - the interior design is so cute and refreshing. The only areas of improvement I would suggest would have been more beach and bath towels, as well as a better functioning dishwasher.

Excellent Stay!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations. Of course, the location is in one of the best islands in Florida. We felt so safe and even met some kind neighbors. The house was very clean, well equipped, and literally looked like a brand new home. We were 3 couples and had so much room. There are several gathering spaces, 2 dining areas, 4 bedrooms. There are 2 full baths and 1/2 bath inside but the outside shower is NO JOKE! It is very large and clean with an powerful shower head. It is like an inside shower except you can see palm trees, stars and hear the breeze. It was used a lot. The pool area and hot tub were just the right size for us with amply chairs and an outdoor eating table and chairs. If you are bringing children, we noticed everything you could possibly need including high chair, crib, bikes for all and stroller. I usually offer a suggestion or two for the owner but in this case, I can't think of a thing! We will be back for sure. Thanks for a fantastic getaway.

Stay was ok. It being a 2 story home, the AC units have seen better days and the 2nd story stays hot no matter the setting and all fans running & blinds closed. It is in fact only a 2 1/2 bath house with an outdoor shower, not a 3 bath house as the listing states. You can't add an indoor toilet and outdoor shower and call it a 3rd full bath! All the dishes in the home looked as if they hadn't been washed and the dishwasher wasn't cutting it. What we used we washed by hand and used paper products/foil pans when we could. They previous tenant's obviously didn't read trash schedule, so upon arrival they were slap full and no where to empty when we needed until Monday's trash day. Therefore the cans were FULL of flies and they kept getting into garage and home. Attempted to use the vacuum found in the garage closet to get what dirt was on the floor from us coming and going; only broom was a 3 ft cheesy kids type; the vacuum was FULL of dog hair and debris like it hadn't been cleaned in months and smelled of dog. Overall, the home was ok. Would I choose this home and location again? Probably not. By the way, what they don't tell you before paying and renting, is you can not drive or park trucks on property!

Jupiter Colony Inlet Home

We loved this charming seaside community. The home is close to many activities (lighthouse, Dubois Park, and Blowing Rocks Preserve) and restaurants. On arrival everything was super clean, well stocked and was very comfortable as well. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyed multiple times daily. It was a short walk to a peaceful beach that was loved by everyone. A highlight was watching a couple of baby loggerhead sea turtles make their way safely to sea! Also, we cannot say enough about Alex from Island Time Vacation Homes, he took wonderful care of us during our stay. We would highly recommend a JCI vacation at this lovely home.
