The first bedroom, to the right of the formal dining area and past the kitchen, features a four-poster queen bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower. Just across the hall, the second bedroom features a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and lovely wall tile design.

Across the home, the third bedroom features a four-poster queen bed, two nightstands, and a private entrance to the pool area. The full bathroom (featuring a standalone shower) can serve the guests of this bedroom. The fourth and main bedroom of the home is right next door - this luxurious suite features a four-poster king bed which features a sleep number mattress for your comfort that is adjustable via Bluetooth on the app., a chaise lounge, and a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom features a multi-view view of the front yard, double sinks, a soaking tub, a standalone shower, and a bidet. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for customized comfort.

Enjoy beautiful flowers and plant life at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park six-and-a-half miles from the home. If you're looking for more of a challenge, try hiking or biking the trail at the Graham Swamp Preserve just under eight miles away. Guests who want to travel further afield will be happy to be just over 26 miles from St. Augustine and just over 31 miles from Daytona.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
