15 minutes biking to the beach, 7 minute drive to Jungle hut beach or a 15 minute drive to Flagler beach. 5 minute drive to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the intercostal/salt water canals.,

Lovely stay, nice quiet neighborhood, well-supplied kitchen, comfortable bed. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely return. We had a small glitch at check-in, but the owner quickly resolved it and personally made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay.

This was truly a cozy apartment. We enjoyed our time here and the use of the pool. All was comfortable and we had all that we needed and more. This VRBO was close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants which was very convenient. Our host and hostess were very pleasant, as well and helpful, when needed. Confusing

I only booked this property because it had countless perfect 10 ratings. I would rate it a solid 3. The check in process was unorthodox. I was advised apartment would be open as in unlocked prior to my arrival and I would find the keys on the table inside the apartment. Highly unusual and did not foster a sense of safety. I didn’t appreciate that. The lock mechanism was loose and rickety. You can see daylight through the gap in door frame of the entry door. We could hear the voices of people in other parts of the house. The experience was so far beneath exceptional. We made the best of a bad situation created by VRBO. Why VRBO would allow this listing to claim exceptional 10/10 is astonishing. It is dishonest business practice and an extreme disservice to GENUINELY EXCEPTIONAL properties and hosts. I have no issue with the property owners. The blame lies squarely on VRBO.

I was able to swim twice. The pool is very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to sleep. The couch looked great for a nap, but I didn't have time. The shower was just right. It was a nice stay.
