We enjoyed this spacious, new, open floor plan home. It was conveniently located close to many great restaurants and attractions. Best VRBO experience ever!

Mr. Darby was a kind and generous host. His lovely home is in a friendly neighborhood, which is perfectly positioned for reaching multiple bike trails and a community swimming pool. The beach is only a few minutes away too--just a perfect, relaxing vacation. We would happily stay here every year!

Amazing vacation.

House is located in a great spot. Nice and quiet neighborhood! Simply beautiful! The canal out back was gorgeous! Food/shopping/beaches are well within driving distance! Mr Darby was a fantastic host.. So easy to communicate with! I would recommend this home a 10 out of 10... My family and I had an amazing vacation.... :-)

Felt like a second home

My family and I were in the process of moving up north of Florida. My parent's realtor had recommended them to stay at a rental home. After we had made our reservation online, our landlord Mr. Darby had texted me same day. He was very understanding towards our living situation. He allowed us to bring our pets into his home and park our Uhaul truck in the driveway. Since the beginning he asked if he could speak to my parents and in detail explained to us the rules and expectations of the home. The house was clean, great wifi, nice size property, we even saw deer in the backyard which was cool. The neighborhood is beautiful, friendly neighbors shopping centers are about 5 to 10 mins away. Overall Mr. Darby is a friendly, kind hearted, and understanding person. If there are any issues, once Mr. Darby is contacted he gets the issue fixed as soon as possible. He is constantly taking the initiative to improve people's stay which is a plus. If one is looking for a rental home in Palm Coast FL, contact Mr. Darby, you will not be disappointed. As Mr. Darby says "Welcome to Palm Coast"! Thank you again for everything Mr. Darby. Sincerely The Falero Family :)

The house is new, clean, and well furnished. All new appliances. Host was very gracious.

If I needed a 4 bedroom house to rent again, I would definitely recommend this one. So well furnished, kitchen ware, bedding, towels, new appliances, large TV'S, DVD player, and a host who would respond immediately, when needed. Very clean, and a location near shopping, restaurants, and easy access to highways. And a large, clean garage to park your vehicle. A beautiful home away from home!
