Renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath Home, with an open floor plan and an abundance of natural light.

En suite bath with large walk-in shower with bench seat, slider door gives access to the back yard/pool area.

Guest Bedroom 1
Queen Bed, tile floor, ample closet with full length mirror, dresser, 2 night stands, ceiling fan, 40 inch Smart TV, French Doors that give access to the East side yard, and gate to driveway.
En suite bath has shower/tub combination with glass doors and large vanity.

Two twin beds, night stand, dresser, 50 inch Smart TV, ceiling fan, sliding doors that open to a shaded seating area and the pool area.

Living Area:
Light, bright and open! Vaulted ceilings, open fireplace, ceiling fan, 60 inch Smart TV, ample comfortable seating, Wet bar area, double sliders that open to your own private oasis and pool area.

Kitchen:
Open to the living and dining areas, gorgeous quartz counter tops, kitchen island with 3 bar stools, gas range and oven, new refrigerator with filtered water and ice, large pantry. The kitchen has everything you need to make amazing meals and entertain your friends and family!

Dining area:
Table for 8, that can expand to seat 10. The French Doors open to the Northwest Patio with mountain views, fountain and chimminea.

Pool Area & Backyard:
The private and expansive South facing backyard has a covered seating area with very comfy lounge furniture. There's a natural gas grill, loungers, 2 patio umbrellas, built -in fire-pit.
The landscapers come once a week to keep the lush landscape beautiful.
There are two grassy areas to play in, a large bocce ball court and shade structure.
The sparkling pebble tech pool and spa are serviced twice a week.

There's a laundry Room with full size washer & dryer.

The 3rd Bath is off of the laundry room and walks out to the pool area.

There is a 2 car garage and lots of room in the driveway.

This is our second time staying at this location. It suits our family as they all take turns coming and going. Nicole is always very prompt and pleasant to deal with. We are looking forward to seeing the changes once the renovation is completed.

Spacious inside and out

From the moment we walked into the property we knew we hit the jackpot. Open concept kitchen, dining & living space with wall to wall windows looking onto the backyard with pool & spa. The 3 bedroom & 3 bathrooms came in handy when two of our three kids & their partners along with our granddaughter arrived to spend quality time together. The well appointed kitchen & appliances were appreciated as well as the washer & dryer. (Not to mention the outdoor fire pit for nighttime star gazing) Location is perfect for strolls to El Paseo for Happy hour or dinner and the neighborhood is great for longer walks. Nicole was always prompt when questions arose and made us feel right at home. WE have already booked again for next year!

I do not like to give a glowing rating on a home as too many people then may want to book it. But I have to make an exception here. Everything was just amazing with our experience. First, Nicole is an awesome host. She did everything to make our stay perfect and if we needed anything was back on it in a flash. To be brief it was beyond my expectations and they were high going in. Guess this rating doesn't help my chances renting again in the future which I hope to do. Bill P.

A wonderful time at a great location

My wife and I decided to be snowbirds for the first time and spent a month in Palm Desert working remotely. There is so much that we can say about the property and Nicole. All of it is good. The property was crisp, clean, modern and comfortable, The outdoor space in the back was fantastic and spacious. We were able to take advantage of all it had to offer, including the pool, hot tub, firepit and bocce ball. We both worked outside from time to time. The inside flow of the house was flawless with the open concept main room, mud/laundry room near the garage, and bedrooms on the other side. The fireplace in the middle of the main room was awesome and brought us warmth and comfort. The neighborhood is beautiful. We were able to walk to El Paseo for dinner and shopping within 15-20 minutes at a casual pace. The location is also convenient to much of what the area has to offer. Nicole was attentive, communicative, and easy to work with. She is a true professional.

“Living the Dream” True Palm Desert Home Experience

We quickly became very relaxed in comfortable and abundant furnishings presented with a variety of thoughtful and romantic settings around the home. Really appreciated the extra details provided by great hosts and owners. Fully equipped and well maintained property featuring generously large yard and gorgeous pools in quiet neighborhood surroundings. Completely legit and fun. Just minutes from unique shopping and great EL P. eateries as advertised. Perfect for two couples looking for a Palm central location. Truly a special pleasure from beginning to end. I wished we could have extended our stay. Many Thanks!
