Our group of friends had a terrific stay at this condo in Palm Valley CC. There was something for everyone there and we very much appreciated the Platinum Membership for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great time

This is one of the nicest properties we have rented. Very clean and well maintained. It was extremely well stocked with spices, paper goods, pots and pans and dishes. The appliances were high end with an Jen air induction stove. The grill was clean and easy to use. The pool was right out the back door. The staff at the clubhouse were great and the pickle ball was fun! I would totally rent this unit again.

Nice place but be aware of the noise

Excellent check-in process with the host who was very prompt and helpful in replying to our inquiries. The property was very clean, large and well furnished with all necessities. It backs onto the Challenge Course, which is to be highly recommended for golfers who want a moderately challenging course to get in the swing of golf - beautifully maintained, excellent practice facilities that are free with the round and friendly, helpful staff. The only drawback we were unaware of with the accommodation - not only is their constant background noise from the highway, but the train track immediately next to it can be very loud - on two nights, the trains came by every hour - all folks in all three bedrooms found it very hard to sleep. Kind of sad as there is nothing the owner can do about that and if you have a few beers to knock you out, it wont be too bothersome to you. Hence why I gave this 4 stars and not 5.

Amazing family vacation

A wonderful location. PVCC is beautiful with lots of golf tennis swimming pools. Tigg was very responsive to any questions. Lovely home and great location for pool access. Clubhouse was lovely with a great Pasta Night on Fridays. We hope to return soon.

The property is in very poor condition and the owner does nothing to resolve major concerns.

This property is very poorly maintained. The stovetop, ice maker, front door handle, bedroom tv, outdoor grill, all window binds, and dining room chairs are broken. The windows are all very dirty and have cobwebs. The coffee table has glue in the middle and a chipped corner. The owner knew this property needed major repairs and a deep cleaning but left the property on Vrbo in pursuit of quick income.

Palm Valley Retreat

We enjoyed our two months; beautiful view of a pond and fairway from the south-facing patio. Easy access to the pool. Close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Very convenient living.

Online pictures look great but there were several disappointing things; minor but inconvenient. All the blinds didn’t function well, outdated, door wall broken difficult to open and lock, stove difficult to operate, kitchen facet hardly no water pressure, bathroom facet loose, tv cable placed the opposite side from tv making it difficult to operate.

This is a lovely home in Palm Desert! Loved seeing the golfers go by, it is a beautiful resort with lots of amenities. The home was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was great - all the dishes and pots and pans we needed. The host was easy to reach, and sent us all the details for our stay promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Fully equipped condo on gorgeous country club property

The condo was fully equipped and the property was situated in a lovely spot on the golf course. The location is convenient to grocery stores, convenience stores and shopping. There is a train track very near the condo that might cause sleep interruption for some, but overall we had a great experience.
