Sip wine, watch golf, relax, and come enjoy our home away from home on your private patio overlooking the 2nd tee box of the Challenge course. Located in the desirable gated community of Palm Valley Country Club. Our spacious, newly updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for families or friends wanting to stay awhile or come for a quick getaway.
Condo was just updated with all new appliances, furniture, beautiful local art, and all the amenities to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. Kitchen is perfect for making your favorite meals and is completely stocked with everything you need including your most used spices! If barbeque is on the menu you'll enjoy using the new BBQ on the front patio that opens up to the kitchen.
Bedrooms are newly furnished and have new Temper-Pedic mattresses so you are sure to sleep soundly. Beds are equipped with high quality linens and comfy hypo-allergenic duvet covers. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TV's and USB plugs to charge all your devices.
Feel like going for a swim? Choose from one of the 46 pools located in Palm Valley, the closest one being about a 1 minute walk from the condo. Don't worry about packing your beach towels, we've got you covered there too! Home also features high-speed wi-fi, cable tv, washer and dryer and garage to park your car.
Centrally located in the valley. Close to shopping, dining, and attractions. We are happy to make any recommendations, just ask!

*Please note Palm Valley golf and tennis club are not available to guests. There are many amazing golf courses in the area and we would be more than happy to recommend our favorites.

We stayed in this lovely unit for 5 weeks. We love the Palm Valley Community and often used the large pool for swimming and exercise. The unit was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. In the evening we sat or ate outside and enjoyed the lovely view and watching the variety of birds close by. We were very happy with having the help of the manager, Sybil, who solved a problem we had with the microwave and even mailed our Roku back to us when we left it there! We had a wonderful stay!
