Staff was great and the mineral pools were awesome! The Karoake was a blast. It would have been nice to have quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

The room they gave us was the farthest from everything and I was allergic to something in the room. The other people with me thought it was mold. The pool number 1 was warm enough. We also used the pools at the hotel next door and the only pool that was 105 was only a 4 person pool that everyone wanted to use.

The bathroom was not fully cleaned. The views of the surrounding mountains and night sky was spectacular. Some of the spa pools were over used and needed more filtering more often. The bed was sunken in the middle. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful.
